Pattagansett Art Center (PAC) is a nonprofit arts organization located in East Lyme, Connecticut, providing visual arts education, studio residencies, exhibition programming, and community events on a historic rural campus. The center's programming serves artists at all stages of practice and engages local and regional communities through workshops, open studios, and public exhibitions.

An FCI Catalyst Grant will support insulation improvements, ENERGY STAR window replacement, and sensor-based LED lighting across underutilized buildings on the rural Connecticut campus. The upgrades advance the PAC’s adaptive reuse goals, supporting both energy efficiency and the physical conditions necessary for year-round arts programming.
